Derby Deeds

Being on the board of directors of my roller derby team has kept me extraordinarily busy lately and I haven't had much time to blog, but all this hard work is paying off and I'm madly in love with my team right now.  We are taking a team trip to Atlanta and Augusta this weekend to watch and play lots o' derby.

The new Casadei Shoes Spring collection is the perfect blend of contemporary, nineties nostalgia, and disco-era excess.  There's something about them that transports me back to the eight minutes in the mid 90's when Jenny McCarthy was cute and funny.  Plus, they look comfy, and I find when you venture out in shoes that put you at 6'2'', it cuts down the number of undesirables who will bug you by half.
